iOS 14 - What is going on?

We are getting some reports of some things not quite working. And the common thread is they are all iOS 14 users. (iPhone with the latest update)

I spent a good part of the day today trying to track these issues down. The only device that appears to have issue are those with iOS 14. I am testing on Chrome, Firefox, Android and an older iPhone and all work perfectly.

I will continue to research what has changed and figure out what could be causing the issue. The symptom is either clicking a button does nothing, or it causes the page to reload and still does nothing.
