We added Web App support

We just added basic Web App support.

This should make it easier for the site to run on mobile devices and over time we will add new features that make the site work more like a mobile app.

One instant reward you should see is the ability to install the site on your home screen. If you don't get the prompt automatically, you can usually click on the options icon (three dots in the top/right corner) and then add to your home screen manually.

We did experience a couple glitches right after installing the Web App code. It looks like only a couple people were impacted. But for some reason, page redirects were being stored in the cache file when people tried to log out of the website. We have updated the code to make sure these redirects do not get cached and switched the app update process to be automatic instead of prompting you. So in the event we need to update the Web App code, you may see a page reload shortly after loading the first time. After that the site will work normally.
