How to report a problem with a transaction

If you have shipped a puzzle as part of a trade and the other person is not shipping their puzzle to you and you can't seem to resolve the issue, we may be able to help. But we cannot guarantee the results. This site is operated totally on the honor system. But if someone is acting badly, we want to try to help.

To start a report, go to the transaction message where you are having trouble and click on the "Action" button next to the other person's puzzle.

When the menu pops up, you can click on the button marked "Other Party Won't Ship".

On the next screen, PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS, then if you still feel the need to start a report, give some basic information and begin the process. The other party will not be able to take part in any future transactions until the situation is cleared up. PLEASE do not abuse this system.

If the other party says they shipped but the puzzle has not arrived or if the shipping service has no record of the shipment, you may need to mark the puzzle as "Lost In Shipping" before you can report the problem. This will remove the "shipped" status and add a note to the conversation. Then if you need to report the other party, you can then follow the steps outlined above to file a report. At least 14 days must have pasted before you can mark a puzzle as "Lost In Shipping". Before that you need to contact the person that sent the puzzle. In either case, you will see a button like this after clicking the action button.
