Tweaked some event triggers

There were timing issues that could cause images to not load or boxes to be unclickable.

Being the web, things load up out of sequence most of the time. This appears to have caused a situation where some preview images would never load and some boxes in the message area to be unclickable.

Some forced timing was added to make sure things load when they should and that clicks were captured correctly.

Also, the loading animation between pages was adjusted because on mobile devices, when the website went to sleep or went to the background, the loading animation could get stuck when you came back. This no longer happens.
