We are trying email replies to online messages.

Up until now, the only way to reply to an online message was to return to the website and filling out the reply form. Now you can get email notices and reply directly to the email.

To make this work, you need to set your notification preferences to "Nearly Instant". Then when someone posts a message that is meant for you, you will get that message in an email. Then you can reply directly to the email rather than returning to the website.
